Chiropractic is grounded in the principle that the body has the innate ability to heal itself when the skeletal system is correctly aligned. Through specific adjustments of the vertebrae, by hand or instrument, a chiropractor facilitates the body's natural ability to heal by improving function of the neuromusculoskeletal system. 90% of the stimulation and nutrition to your brain is produced by movement of the spine, therefore, when the spinal vertebrae articulate freely, the connection between our mind and body is restored and we can function more optimally.
